Quintin Lake: Pripyat

Prypiat (Ukrainian: При́п'ять, Pryp”jat’; Russian: При́пять, Pripjat’), or Pripyat, is an abandoned city in the zone of alienation in northern Ukraine, Kiev Oblast, near the border with Belarus. It was home to the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant workers. The city was abandoned in 1986 following the Chernobyl disaster. Its population had been around 50,000 prior to the accident.

By far the worst ad i've ever seen. And I'm not even looking at the design yet.
Can the one who made this please stand up?

Station Rotterdam Blaak

This redesigned underground station right in the middle of Rotterdam was opened by our Queen in 1993 (September 15). The remarkable design is from Dutch architect Harrie Reijnders. Some will like it and some will despise it. But a remarkable place it is. When I was there some time ago it was very desolate and it kind of felt like an 80's representation of a space ship (hence the round shaped 'windows')
